Area Sales Manager South Germany & Austria
CRC Industries EMEIA is a dynamic, multinational company with parent company in Philadelphia (USA) and European headquarters in Zele. To support further professionalization, we are looking for an area sales manager south of Germany & Austria.
Some tasks that await you:
- Support and develop the existing distribution channels in the assigned markets in Southern Germany and Austria (Industry, Automotive professional, Professional hardware, Electronics and Consumer).
- Purposively realize sales on short-term as well as on long-term.
- Support of the customer base via product training, technical support, joint visits, and commercial activities.
- Establish long-term relations with distributors, customers, and prospects to realize the sales objectives.
- Scout actively for new potentials and turn these into customers via the distribution network.
- Being part of an international team calls for cross-functional actions and follow-up.
- Perform regular analysis of records and reports on the territory.
- Establish/create a solid base for a future growth.
- Report on competitors’ activities.
- Work out NPI and sales pipeline.
- Provide ideas for product development.
- Closely follow up sales projects.
- You will be reporting to the Sales Director DACH.
This is what we expect from you:
- You hold degree in a technical field or chemistry.
- You have 5-10 years’ experience in dealing with the B-to-B sales environment.
- You are a dynamic person who enjoys developing existing and new markets.
- You are pragmatic, result driven and capable of developing business partnerships on long-term.
- You are a communicative team player who establishes the right priorities and takes care of a self-reliant completion with respect to deadlines.
- You have a good command in German and a practical notice of English.
- You are prepared to travel in the assigned area, including overnight stays.
