Position Summary
The Customer Experience Analyst ensures seamless order management and digital integration between internal systems (ERP/PIM) and customer platforms (webstore, EDI). The role focuses on optimizing processes, automating workflows, analyzing sales and customer behavior data, and providing strategic business support. Collaboration across teams and continuous improvement are central to this position.
Sales Development Manager – Romania
As a Sales Development Manager in the chemical industry, you will be responsible for driving strategic commercial growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding customer relationships, and strengthening the company’s presence across key industrial segments. This role combines deep technical understanding of chemical products with strong commercial acumen to build a sustainable sales pipeline and support long-term revenue objectives. The position requires direct Distributors management and End Users management.
You will be responsible to drive commercial growth in Romania (70%), Bulgaria, Greece and Macedonia.

The role will be ensure alignment to CRC supply chain constraints and packaging/ labelling solutions keeping in mind the final user needs and portfolio architecture and complexity to optimize complexity.
Brand Manager EMEA
The Auto/ DIY Brand Manager is ambassador for the company’s branded approach in EMEA For those segments, supporting the leadership of the Senior Brand Manager and in coordination with Global Marketing. The role drives the regional brand strategy for auto/ DIY within a defined global structure, especially in those mark. The Brand Manager will coordinate the planning process, acting as the coordination hub across product, trade, and communications marketing. The role leverages on brand equity to lead business plans by segment and geography, defining the key differential initiatives and ensuring the brand is protected and strengthened, always globally aligned.
