The role is responsible for the development and improvement of the formulations marketed by the Company and the provision of internal support to those departments responsible for the manufacturing and quality control of its products.

This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping and executing our regional brand and marketing strategy, driving growth, and maximizing our market presence. You will define the strategy for our complex brand portfolio across diverse distribution channels, build high-impact marketing plans with key strategic distributors, and lead the innovation pipeline for new products that resonate with end users.

As a member of the Regional Leadership Team, you will provide strategic direction, lead a high-performing marketing team, and collaborate closely with sales and global stakeholders. With a strong commercial mindset, digital activation expertise, and a deep understanding of the European market landscape, you will help us make CRC the most recognized and trusted brand in the industry.

The role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of UK Production Planning activities; the replenishment of chemicals and packaging components; and the ordering of routine site consumables.

CRC Industries Europe (met hoofdkantoor in Zele) maakt deel uit van de Amerikaanse familiale groep Berwind die wereldwijd meer dan 5.000 medewerkers telt. CRC produceert en distribueert chemische producten zoals smeermiddelen, cleaners en anticorrosieproducten met ruime industriële toepassingsmogelijkheden, onder meer in automotive en de elektronicasector. Behalve in Zele produceert CRC in EMEA nog in Groot-Brittannië en Zuid-Afrika. De distributie voor EMEA wordt georganiseerd vanuit het warehouse in Zele.

Voor ons EMEA hoofdkantoor in Zele zoeken wij een gemotiveerde accountant. Als accountant ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een brede waaier aan accounting en financiële taken. Je maakt deel uit van ons accounting team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Finance Controller België.

In de EMEIA-regio hebben we productievestigingen in België (Zele), Groot-Brittannië en Zuid-Afrika alsook verkooplocaties in Duitsland, Frankrijk, Spanje, Zweden, Finland, Polen, Hongarije, Denemarken, Turkije, Portugal en India. De distributie in de overige Europese landen en het Midden- en Verre Oosten gebeurt rechtstreeks vanuit Zele.
