The Customer Experience Operations Manager ensures seamless order management and digital integration between internal systems (ERP/PIM) and customer platforms (webstore, EDI). The role focuses on optimizing processes, automating workflows, analyzing sales and customer behavior data, and providing strategic business support. Collaboration across teams and continuous improvement are central to this position.
Key Account Manager DACH
Drive growth and influence across 10–15 Tier 1 distributor accounts. This role demands a strategic operator who can build deep, multi-functional relationships, secure major
distribution opportunities, and align internal teams to deliver exceptional customer development. Success hinges on proactive planning, flawless execution, and focus on
customer engagement.
Business Development Manager – Middle East
Drive growth with CRC Industries across the GCC by supporting existing distribution at end user level and converting these end‑users with technical, solution‑based selling—partnering closely with Tier‑1 distributors.
THE ROLE
You will assist existing distribution at End User level with technical solutions to every day MRO problems. Building a high‑quality pipeline is critical and leading joint visits with Tier‑1 sales teams, and acting as a trusted technical resource in the region. Success rests on your industrial technical knowledge, persuasive consultative selling, and the ability to influence decision‑makers.
Territory & base: Dubai, with primary focus on UAE and Saudi Arabia; secondary focus across the rest of the GCC.
Reporting line: Regional Sales Director, EMEA.
Sales Development Manager – Romania
As a Sales Development Manager in the chemical industry, you will be responsible for driving strategic commercial growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding customer relationships, and strengthening the company’s presence across key industrial segments. This role combines deep technical understanding of chemical products with strong commercial acumen to build a sustainable sales pipeline and support long-term revenue objectives. The position requires direct Distributors management and End Users management.
You will be responsible to drive commercial growth in Romania (70%), Bulgaria, Greece and Macedonia.
