Business Analyst
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing industry and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
Some tasks that await you:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to manufacturing processes, supply chain, and operations.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and feasibility studies to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Assist in the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ERP functionalities.
- Monitor project progress, track KPI’s, and report to senior management.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
This is what we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and production planning.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (AX, NAV, or D365).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Ability to lead and drive positive organizational and cultural changes.
- Ability to build and share options and make recommendations.
- Highly ethical and can deal with sensitive and confidential information.
- You work preferably from our Belgium offices and are willing to regularly travel to the UK. Travel to the USA may also be required.
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
